The technology of high-pressure briquetting allows pressing of short chips from machining, drilling or cutting of steel, cast-iron, aluminium, other non-ferrous metals, wires from tires and grinding dust. Shrinks amount of waste and the waste is changed into product or semi-finished product for next manufacturing or easier manipulation. During briquetting is possible to separe cooling fluids from machining until 5% of humdity contained in chips. Briquettes have a defined shape, it allow easier manipulation, transport and melting. Briquettes are using also like a direct replacement of fractional metals in foundries.

Spares of production costs realised in foundries by the bigger repurchase prices briquetted chips are devided into partners, by this reason it doesn´t matter where is briquetting press situated, if is situated directly in foundry, machining facility or scrapyard. The new resource which can be briquetted are grinding dusts, which are often used in testing-departments.
+ Re-using of cooling fluid from machining
Every briquetting press is equiped with cooling fluid separator in standart, which is in specified amount evacuated from the machine with chips by chip conveyor. After separation of liquid from chips the liquid goes through the sieve for catching other dirts contained in liquid from machining. After that cooling liquid can be reused in machining centre without any other treatments. also if it is required cooling liquid can go from press through paper filtration if machining centre is equiped with it. -

Very light, voluminous and dusty materials, for example ploystyren and polyuretan, tobbaco and textile dust, short nature textile fiber and more, you can lower amount by briquetting of 50%. By the compacting of waste you can decrease costs for transport and storage of non-usable waste in dumps.
It is a big benefit to pressing a dust from suction systems, which must be from hygienical reasons transported in special conteiners or in very expensive packing. You can spare much money for purchasing of special packings, because the briquettes you can transport without any special packing

Wood is the odiest fuel whose combustion do not arise greenhouse gases. Wood calorific value in dependence on humidity reaches up to 18 MJ / kg and ash content is less than 1%.
Briquettes provide greater combustion comfort especially in gasification boilers. This type of fuel is designed for a wide range of applications because combustion does not require special conditions.
At present, it is advisable to use waste paper for incineration, which has no other use, provided that it is mainly made of cellulose fibers, without fillers and dyes. The calorific value of the paper is very different according to the composition. Cardboard packages have a calorific value of 15 MJ / kg and an ash content of 5%.
